Capital Reserve Fee - $900 - DUE AT CLOSING
Annual Dues - $900  (pays for use of amenities plus weekly trash pickup)
Annual Dues are made in semi-annual payments with $450 due of January 1st and $450 due on July 1st.  Please contact the treasurer to determine if there are any outstanding dues.  

Please allow at least five business days for processing of closing letter requests.

All checks need to made out to the Bridle Ridge HOA.
